Effective 03/01/2010, the Santa Ana Homeownership Center discontinued the buyer and broker sales incentive programs for HUD-owned properties sold in Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

The discontinued sales incentive programs include:

. $500 Broker Bonus for Full Price Offers.

. $1,000/$1,500 Owner/Occupant Sales Incentive for Full Price Offers.
